the sun does shine in scotland

in late summer 2022, I released my first photo book, the sun does shine in scotland

this book is a collection of photographs made in 2021 while living in scotland while pursuing my masters degree at the university of glasgow.

when I moved to glasgow, everyone warned me about the weather in scotland: it would all be grey. they were half right.

the other half was filled with beautiful, light-soaked sandstone buildings, bright days spent laying in parks, and sunlight glistening on puddles.

this book is a tribute to the beauty in the every day, and to sunny days in a country where I was told that there would be so few.
